After 10 minutes anyone can close the round. The bigger side pays, minus a 3% cut, split across the smaller side's picks, who also get their stake back.
Even or empty
Equal sides, or an empty side, and every pick is refunded with no cut. Empty rounds keep the clock running.
Collect
At close, the round wallet pays each smaller-side pick its share plus its stake back. Every pick and every payout is a public transaction.
